I like how you incorporate the wearers jaw into the mask for more realistic movement thou it might be good to glue it down to the face or use some kind of material to soften the edge between the flesh and the mask. Maybe a bit of elastic or something to tighten it down to the face when the wearer is using it. Beyond that the hair is fantastic, and I do think it could use a nose ring or something, the scaring on the face does seem a bit decayed it maybe could use more deep red to show flesh underneath, as a fresh or even healing cut (without stitches) does tend to show a lot of blood colored flesh and while the skin tone is darker it should still hold that rich dark blood. Overall the peace reminds me a lot of lord of the rings however without full makeup used in the photos it's hard to tell just how good the mask will look (but that's on the wearer to really bring out it's full potential).
